Tripartite Meeting Between Government, Parties and Gen-G Leaders Today to Prepare for Elections

Kathmandu: A crucial tripartite meeting is set to take place today between the government, major political parties, and leaders of the ‘Gen-G’ movement to create a conducive environment for the upcoming elections.

According to Prime Minister Sushila Karki’s press coordinator, Ram Rawal, the meeting will be held at 4 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar.

Prime Minister Karki, several ministers, representatives of major political parties, and leaders from eight to nine Gen-G groups are expected to participate in the meeting on behalf of their respective sides.

The government and political parties have held multiple rounds of discussions in recent weeks. The last such meeting took place on Kartik 4.
